We recognise that everyone is different and know that sometimes a product may not suit your needs. All of our products have a 1-year warranty and can be returned free of charge within 30 days for any reason (UK mainland only). Send an e-mail including your name, address, and order number to info@tfhuk.com to arrange a return.
After 30 days all carriage costs must be borne by the customer. Returns that are not in a saleable condition will result in a credit of 60%. Warranty exclusions include but are not limited to failure to report defect in the warranty period, damage due to improper use or misapplication, the substitution of parts, and or a lack of proper maintenance. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
