When you register an account with us, our website will save your details for future use. You can keep track of orders, create a wishlist and leave reviews. Your privacy is important to us. Please read through our Privacy Policy and get in touch if you have any questions.

Our new system allows you to create an official quotation from your basket. To generate a quote, put items in your shopping cart and click "Create a Quote". You will then be taken to a screen with a downloadable PDF and link to share with supervisors/appropriate departments for approval. 

Our Wishlist system works similar to a wedding or baby registry. You will need to register an account with us to create a Wishlist. On the product page, click the "Add to Wishlist" prompt under the "Add to Cart" button and your item will be added to your Wishlist. You can create several different Wishlists for holidays, birthdays, special occasions or products you are keeping an eye on. You will also be able to share these lists with friends, co-workers, or family members through social media, e-mail, or a direct link. They can then purchase items from your Wishlist by adding them to their shopping cart. 

We try to cater to everyone schools, professionals and also have VAT relief on many of our products that can be claimed back by parents/individuals who are buying for children and adults with additional needs. If you wish to claim VAT exemption you can do so during the checkout process. Fill in the VAT exemption declaration where specified, taking your time to answer everything correctly. 

VAT exemption applies when goods are:

(a) Being purchased by an individual, a charity or with money voluntarily raised for use by a disabled person

AND

(b) that the goods have been specifically designed for use by the disabled. (Such goods are identified online with the letters XV or otherwise clearly marked). 

VAT is chargeable to all customers within the European Union at 20%. Customers who reside outside the EU are VAT exempt.

We recognise that everyone is different and know that sometimes a product may not suit your needs. All of our products have a 1-year warranty and can be returned free of charge within 30 days for any reason (UK mainland only). Send an e-mail including your name, address, and order number to info@tfhuk.com to arrange a return. 

After 30 days all carriage costs must be borne by the customer. Returns that are not in a saleable condition will result in a credit of 60%. Warranty exclusions include but are not limited to failure to report defect in the warranty period, damage due to improper use or misapplication, the substitution of parts, and or a lack of proper maintenance. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Play by nature is exciting and unpredictable. That said, user safety is of utmost importance. We recommend that all of our products are used under adult supervision. Pay special attention to to the minimum and maximum height, age, or weight restrictions and always use the safety equipment (seat belt, harness, lap bar, chain, etc.) provided. Equipment may also wear with use. We recommend regular maintenance for all play equipment, particularly weight-bearing activity toys.  

Custom or made-to-order items such as wall pads, floor pads, etc. can take up to six weeks to complete and are not eligible for returns. If you have any specific requirements or would like more information about custom products or installation please get in touch. 

Although every effort is made to ensure that descriptions, dimensions, pictures and prices are accurate, errors can occur. We appreciate your assistance and understanding when things aren't as they should be and reserve the right to revise prices/products before processing/dispatch.
